The olive picking
We have 156 trees of about 40 years old, most os which are of the Koroneiki variety, well known for their low in acidity oil.
The trees
We water our trees depending on the weather conditions, usually from May to September.
The Harvesting
The picking of the olives is usually around the middle of November. We use nets to collect the fallen ones and electric rotators hitting the branches for them to fall.
The transport to the Press
Its very important to have the olves pressed the same day, we make sure that happens. The press is in Tymbaki, at 17 km distance.

Currently we have:
- Olive oil harvested in October 2024 and bottled in 2025, this is our best oil so far and is Extra Virgin, with an acidity of 0.7
